Spokane County Fire District #3 is governed by an elected board of three Commissioners. A Board Chair is elected annually by the board members. The commission meets regularly on the 2nd Wednesday of every month at 7:00PM at Station 31, Located at 10 S. Presley Drive in Cheney Washington.
